TL-Smoother Eight Chip Module DFORCE Vibration Pattern Filter with Cable for 3D Printer Pattern Elimination Motor Clipping Filter. This product mainly aims at the ripple generated by parallel 3D printer printing, especially the effect of using 8825 drive and low resistance motor. It can effectively eliminate the uneven signal wave at low speed and low speed so as to achieve the effect of relative certificate signal wave when using 8825 drive 24V power supply Delta machine
The TL-Smoother is an addon module for 3D printer stepper motor drivers. The board provides flyback diodes (freewheeling diodes) for the motor outputs, so they are also protected against inductance voltages in the unpowered state of the driver.
You will get smoother movement, especially on the delta-style 3D printer under DVR8825 stepper drivers or A4988 / 2 drivers. I3 and UM models can also be used, and different machines will have different clipping effects.

- If you are currently using Trinamic Drivers with SpreadCycle, or are considering upgrading to such drivers, then these TL-Smoothers may not offer the big benefit you’re expecting. This is because Trinamic’s patented SpreadCycle performs a very similar (albeit more efficient) smoothing/filtering process, with extra features like stealthChop that also assist in this regard.
