3. Orders & Payment Processing
All online payments are securely processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / PayU). An order is considered confirmed upon successful gateway capture. Official GST invoices are generated automatically and attached to your dispatch notification.
4. Component Usage & Maker Responsibility
Electronic components, microcontrollers, and DIY kits are intended for educational, engineering, and prototyping applications. Buyers are responsible for following proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling, verifying pinouts, and using appropriate voltage regulation before powering circuits.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any commercial disputes arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
