40A Intelligent LCD Solar Charge Controller

This is a 40A Intelligent LCD Solar Charge Controller with Digital PWM function for the lead-acid batteries connected to a solar power system. When connected to the battery, this charge controller automatically detects the battery voltage from 12V-24V. This charge controller has some advanced features like built-in short circuit protection, open-circuit protection, reverse voltage protection, overload protection, etc which makes it ideal for grid power systems.

Functions:

• Multiple Protection Functions: This solar controller has short-circuit protection, open-circuit protection, reverse protection, over-load protection. Fully 3-stage PWM charge management, improve system efficiency and prolong the life span of the battery.
• Battery Type: The charge regulator is only suitable for lead-acid batteries: OPEN, AGM, GEL, it is not suited for nickel hydride, lithium, Li-ions, or other batteries. For protecting the lifespan of your battery, once the voltage of the battery drops below 8V, the solar controller will turn off automatically.
• LCD Display: Comes with a display that can clearly indicate the status and data, it can be conveniently switched modes and parameter configuration, suitable for home, industrial, commercial etc.
• Easy to Install and Operate: The charge controller should connect the battery first, then the solar panel, and finally the load! The disassembly sequence is contrary to the wiring order. Dual mosfet Reverse current protection, low heat production. ( Note: The charge controller will heat up when it is running. Please be careful to install the charger controller on a flat, well-ventilated place)
• Dual USB output (5V/2A), this solar charge controller can simultaneously charge or supply power to two mobile phones, tablet PCs and other devices that require 5V power 

Safety Instructions: 

• Make sure your battery has enough voltage for the controllers to recognize the battery type (12 V / 24 V) before installation. 
• The battery cable should be as short as possible to minimize loss. 
• The regulator is ONLY suitable for lead acid batteries: OPEN, AGM, GEL. (NOT suitable for lithium batteries, Ni-MH battery) 
• ONLY suitable for working with photovoltaic solar panels. (NOT for other DC or AC power source)
