LTC1871 DC-DC High Power Adjustable Step-up Module 100W with Digital Voltmeter

LTC1871 DC-DC High Power Adjustable Step-up Module 3.0~35V to 3.5~35V 100W with Digital Display Voltmeter is a automatic booster module provides stable power. Suitable for unstable voltage source or voltage conversion.

This display part adopts advanced voltage meter microprocessor, boosting part adopts LTC1871 controller, through the use of the power MOSFET on resistance and save the current detecting resistor, maximizing it efficiency to 96.4%.

Incorporate high power low resistance MOS pipe, large package, high current, high efficiency Schottky, super wide thickened wire of PCB low temperature rise, high power and high efficiency. Ultra wide working voltage, when the input and output voltage is above 20V it can be up to 128W of output power. Long life type switching power supply special high frequency high capacity and low resistance (low ESR) aluminum electrolytic capacitor to lower output ripple. Module chip used are imported materials, stable performance.

Special Instructions:

• When connecting a high-power load, it is recommended to start and connect the load because the inrush current at startup is very limited. Use additional capacitors for inductive load
• The module has high power output and efficiency (up to 96%). The output can be up to 65W (and can further reach 100W when enhance heat-transfer).
• Onboard voltmeter show input / output voltage (Select to show input/output voltage by pressing on the button onboard). When the “IN” LED lights on, the voltmeter displays input voltage; When the “OUT” LED lights on, the voltmeter displays output voltage.
• Adjust voltage by the potentiometer onboard and the voltmeter onboard.

Note :

• If the input voltage is less than 4V, voltmeter gets failure
• Ensure that output voltage above on input voltage
• Power will be higher than 75W, when the input and output voltages greater than 20V up to 128W
• When connected to high-power load, just switched on the impact of current very general meeting current limiting self-locking protection, it is recommended to be switched on firstly, and then access the load
